FOOTBALL UPDATES

Manchester City Crowned Champions Of England!

After what is believed to be the most exciting Premier League Season ever. Manchester City's consistency and poise helped them to attain the 1st position with just 2 points after Liverpool let it slip, owing to a loss to Chelsea and an unexpected draw with Crystal Palace.
Manchester City went into Sunday's game knowing a draw will be enough while Liverpool hoped against hope for an unlikely upset by West Ham who had little or nothing to play for.

Manchester United's "  season to forget" ended in a 1-1 draw against Southampton, and Chelsea bowed out with 3 points against Cardiff City and 3rd position in the league.
Arsenal once again came 4th as they hope to end trophy drought in next week's FA final against Hull City in Wembley.

Gus Poyet and Sunderland will be in the top flight next season against all odds and Newcastle will be hoping for a stop to their poor run of form.
Sadly, the relegated teams: Norwich, Fulham and Cardiff, will be playing in the Championship next season as we welcome Leicester City and Burnley to the Premier League.
