CAF: African Player of the Year


The Confederation of African Football, CAF have revealed the list of the African Player of the Year Nominees with veteran legends like Yaya Toure, Emmanuel Adebayor and Asamoah Gyan competing against rising stars such as Ahmed Musa, Yacine Brahimi and Mehdi Benatia.

The 25-man list has been released on Thursday, 6 November 2014 during a press conference in CAF headquarters. The nominees are (in alphabetical order):
